Volunteering for the Armed Forces of Ukraine
From March 2022 to October 2023, I volunteered to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine by designing and sewing tactical gear.
My contributions included 180 tactical vests and 328 magazine drop bags, all provided to soldiers free of charge and now actively used in the field.
Tactical Vests: Improved Design for Practical Needs
I developed an enhanced design for tactical vests based on standard military patterns. The vests are equipped with pouches for two grenades and three machine gun magazines.
In collaboration with military personnel, I further refined the design by adding mounts for a knife and medical tourniquets, ensuring functionality and reliability during operations.
Magazine Drop Bags: Durable and User-Friendly
For magazine drop bags, I designed a reinforced version with secure attachments for belts and backpacks.
This design ensures durability and ease of use, meeting the demands of soldiers in the field.
Fundraising and Impact
To finance the production of tactical gear, I organized social media campaigns and collected donations for materials.
My efforts have provided soldiers with high-quality, practical gear at no cost, demonstrating my commitment to supporting Ukraine’s armed forces.
